Who we are, and what you are agreeing to

Wrapped & More is a corporate gifting studio operating from Kolkata, India. These terms apply to every quote we issue and every order you place with us, and they take effect when you confirm an order in writing.

Where a signed proposal or purchase order says something different from this page, the signed document wins.

Quotes and minimum orders

Prices shown on the collection pages are indicative starting prices per box, exclusive of GST, customisation and delivery. A firm price only exists once we have issued a written quote against your brief.

Quotes are valid for thirty days. Every product carries a minimum order quantity, shown on its card and confirmed in the quote.

Prices depend on materials we buy in. If a quoted material moves significantly in price before you confirm, we will re-quote rather than quietly substitute something cheaper.

Placing an order

An order is confirmed when you accept the quote in writing and we acknowledge it. At that point we reserve stock and book production capacity.

Lead times run from the later of order confirmation, receipt of the advance payment, and your approval of any artwork.

Customisation and approvals

Where an order carries your logo, a monogram, a printed card or an engraving, we will send a digital proof for approval. Nothing goes into production until you approve it.

Once you approve a proof, the approved version is what gets made. Changes after approval are chargeable and will move the delivery date.

Colours on a screen are not colours on linen, foil or ceramic. Where an exact match matters, ask for a physical sample before you approve.

Payment

Standard terms are fifty per cent on confirmation and the balance before dispatch. Established accounts may be offered thirty-day credit terms in writing.

All prices are exclusive of GST, which is charged at the applicable rate. Overdue invoices carry interest at 1.5 per cent per month.

Delivery and timelines

We deliver across India through courier partners. Delivery dates are estimates given in good faith, and we will tell you as soon as we know if one is going to slip.

Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery to the address you gave us, or to the recipient’s reception, security desk or mailroom where the address is an office.

We are not liable for delays caused by events outside our control — weather, strikes, civic restrictions or a recipient address that turns out to be wrong.

Cancellation and changes

You may cancel a confirmed order before production begins, against payment of any materials already committed.

Once production has begun, or once personalised items have been made, an order cannot be cancelled. Personalised goods cannot be resold to anyone else, which is why this one is firm.

Quantity increases are usually possible; ask early, because they depend on material availability.

Damage, shortfalls and returns

Check your delivery on arrival. Tell us about damage, shortfalls or wrong items within seven days of delivery, with photographs, and we will replace or credit them.

Beyond that window we will still try to help, but we may not be able to claim against the courier on your behalf.

We do not accept returns of personalised or perishable goods except where they are faulty.

Perishable and seasonal items

Hampers containing food have a stated shelf life on the packaging and should be delivered promptly. We cannot be responsible for items held at a reception desk for weeks.

Festive collections are made in limited runs. Once a season’s materials are gone, the closest we can offer is a comparable alternative.

Intellectual property

Your logo and brand assets remain yours. You grant us the licence needed to reproduce them on your order, and nothing more.

Our designs, photography, packaging construction and site content remain ours. We may photograph work we produce for our portfolio, and we will ask before we publish anything that identifies you.

Liability

Our liability for any order is limited to the value of that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost business or reputational harm.

Nothing here limits liability for death, personal injury or fraud, which cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Kolkata have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
